Position qualifications include Detailed and accurate trackingprocessing of invoices for payment. Review of incoming invoices and documents for accuracy and required info. Distribute signed checks as required. Filing and copying of invoices and checks. Vendor set-up maintenance. VendorCustomer communication resolving discrepancies errors. phone and e mail Obtain vendor statements and reconcile to AP aging. Customer billing daily, sending customer statements monthly. Collections calls, follow up with customers on past due invoices. Manage customer accounts. Work with appropriate teams to manage funds application, follow through with shortover payments.
